BEHIND THE DESIGN
Make the first message useful to the design discussion.
You do not need every detail at once. Share the product purpose and principal constraints to establish a direction, then add drawings or sample information as it becomes available.
01New products: explain goals and priorities
Share the equipment's purpose, target display size, environment, mounting space and schedule. Identify mandatory limits for brightness, thickness, power or cost, along with acceptable ranges for flexible items. This helps focus the initial solution discussion.
For touch, OCA optical bonding or bonding with the frame retained, explain the cover, panel and frame conditions. Begin with a project outline you can share, then arrange further technical information exchange as needed.
02Existing products: bring observations and conditions
Explain the current module, intended improvement and conditions where the issue appears, such as reading in strong light, halos around white text, enclosure temperature or touch operation. Panel information, current interfaces and mechanical constraints help establish which parts can remain and which need review.
Photographs, test content and existing measurements provide a common basis for discussion. Responses and development arrangements depend on the available information, supply scope and project situation. Contact the company by email or telephone.
